They had put out an advertisement, so I called them. I have no complaints about them at all.

They did a very lousy job at supposedly cleaning our smoke filled home. We paid them in advance and when we returned home it was still wet and filled with the scent of smoke. We still had soot all over our home.

Everything was as good as new when they were done with the job. They dried nicely too. The cleaning only took a couple of hours. They were good, and I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices were fair, and they did a good job. I was completely satisfied with them.

I was not very happy with the carpet cleaning job that they did. They didn't have a lot of area to clean in some of the rooms because they didn't move any of the beds or anything. The carpet really didn't look that clean when they were done. I also felt that their price was a little high.

I was not a very satisfied customer after seeing the final results from Service Masters visit. Things did not look or smells no were near as clean as they should have or could have. They did what they thought they could do to get by and that was it. I can just about promise you that I will not be using their services ever again in this lifetime.
