Attempted to set up two times for pick up of items from my carport. Both times they did not show and did not contact me to let me know that they were not coming or to explain why. It was only when I had contacted them two times following the first no-show that they responded and set up the second attempt. That was a no-show and no contact. I had to delay work I was having done to my carport another week because these items were in the way and I didn’t know when they would be removed. I ended up contacting another bidder for this quote to take care of it.

Only mowed grass. No edging, trimming, weed wacking. The only evidence of their work was the grass was not as tall. They promised to come and "make it right" today (Friday, May 2). The site list closing time as 5:00 and it is 5:01!!! I waited all day and NO SHOW!! They were paid in advance due my going out of state on the scheduled date on Tuesday, April 22nd.

Cannot say enough good things about the Second Chance guys! Not only do they keep my yard looking fantastic on a consistent basis, they have gone above and beyond with bigger tasks. They hauled furniture across town for me and took some old things to the landfill, which was a huge relief off me! This team of guys is reliable and hardworking. They always deliver top notch service! My go to for sure.
