+ -1 moreHe did not communicate as agreed upon before the work was to start, I happen to find out he started because I called him. They were not even going to do the minimum of flashing agreed upon until I challenged it. He was reluctant but did do it. The gutters have standing water in them most of time because they do not slope properly. He's been around a long time put I would not use him again.
