Matt is always very patient and takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing.  He is very knowledgeable and always does a great job. I have used this company multiple times and every issue that I have had Matt has been able to fix.

They were on time and they did a good job. They were polite, courteous and professional and I have not had any problems since the repair. They explained what they had done but I don't remember what they said, if I knew how to do it, I would do it myself. They charge hourly and not for the specific problem; it is about 40$ an hour. I don't feel they try to do more work than necessary.

I was very happy with the service provided by Running Time. My computer is working faster again. They came to my home to do the service. They were here when expected, and it did not take too long. The technician was friendly and made sure that he was not deleting anything that I still wanted. I would recommend this company to others.
