Roy Easler Roofing and Seamless Gutters

I was pleased with the replacement on the back of the home but the front was a disaster.  Right near the front door, they cut a hole for a downspout in the wrong place then, rather than replacing the piece, they patched the hole with a piece of gutter and some screws.  It looked terrible so I called and complained.  They came back the next day and replaced the patched piece but they sloped the gutter in the wrong direction so when it rained several days later, water poured out of the end of the gutter away from the downspout.  Instead of calling them again, I got a ladder and repositioned the gutter myself - about 20' across the front of the house - to make it work correctly.  I would never use or recommend Roy Easler Roofing to anyone.  By the way, the business recently moved to Cannons Campground Road in East Spartanburg.
