Johnny and Chaz went above and beyond on my service call today, they were on time and talked me thur every step that was taken to fix the issue with my kitchen sink not draining. They cleaned up and put everything back to its original place once they were done. I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable these 2 guys are. Thank you Johnny and Chaz for a great experience and job well done!

The gentlemen from Rooterman Plumbing came to my house today to fix a water leak seal on our toilet. They were very polite, worked hard, and did an excellent job fixing our toilet. I strongly recommend them. Andrew from Greer, South Carolina.

They sent an incompetent and unskilled person out who left three different pipes on my bathroom sink leaking. I called for one leaking shut off valve he replaced hot and cold valves and left the job with three leaks. I called him right back he still left me with leaks as if he was not licensed or knowledgeable please be careful when this company is suggested. I paid 200.00 and they never fixed my issue even actually did not send a supervisor out as stated over a phone call. I think the female who actually takes calls and speaks when you call them is truly an unprofessional human. I asked for another plumber she said she was sending the same plumber...I asked for another and she assured me a new plumber and supervisor would be sent first thing Monday after the weekend was over. I am shocked and disappointed they took 200$ and left me worst off ...be carful please this is not the option I would pick as they do not stand as an honest fair company charging 200.$$$ and never fixed my connection point actually made my situation much worst and I'm very disappointed! Raye Le con they never sent my receipt for the payment in full with a check! I hope they will at best now at least read this and send me my proof of payments in full from check PLD. Please give me my documents even if the plumbing won't be corrected, send my copies of all papers signed by me, please!
