Home Building
RCB did an average job of our house. There were quite a few issues that needed resolving afterwards such as the landscaping and repainting and they stalled a lot before doing them. Now, we have no further problems.

RCB Development built our home. We bought it when it was about one-year old for $140 000. We completed the basement making the value about $170 000. When the hurricane hit Texas we got about two feet of water in our basement around the walls. In a settlement RCB Development was to repair the damage to our home. They first tore out one side of home and dug huge holes. Then they contracted another company in the middle of it and that company tore up another side of the home and they left huge holes in our yard where they dug to repair our home. The repairs to the home were fine but they left a huge mess. We called many times with no resolution. We finally hired another company to fill the holes and have never been reimbursed. I would not recommend RCB Development to others.
