It took nearly 2 weeks to dry up the water in the walls, cabinets and floor; but, they were back nearly every day to check on their equipment and measure the moisture content. Other than the equipment itself being loud, I have ZERO complaints or concerns about any member of this PuroClean team...from the office staff to the men who came out to take care of everything. And, they worked closely with the insurance comapny to make sure we received every sevice needed to dry things so the repairs could be made. They are top notch in our book.

Many missed appointments by painters causing me to make calls to inquire as to whereabouts of workers. Contractor said he would check on hardwood install the day of install but didn't show until following day. Painters did drywall repair then came back and sanded and painted. Drywall looked horrible when they finished and had to be muffed, sanded and repainted.

Puroclean came out on a Sunday afternoon, assessed the problem, treated, and told me I could continue with the project. Thanks for the peace of mind.

Puroclean was AMAZING! Half an hour after we discovered the damage (and it was extensive, happened while we were at the beach) they had people there taking care of the water damage. They handled all the details like the pack out and floor refinishing. They even helped us with our insurance company to make sure we got what we needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Honest and great work!

My insurance agent is my friend and I called her to find out what to do. She gave me Puroclean's number because she said they did good work. We called in the evening when we got to the house and found water all over the floor. The supply line to the dishwasher cracked and leaked for hours. The house is empty because it belongs to my family and it's being renovated. When we called, they answered quickly and were at the house within an hour. The crews were polite and efficient. They left everything clean and told us about the equipment left behind. Anytime we had a question about what was going on they were easy to reach and answered so that we understood. They worked with my insurance company without me having to get involved. Everything went really smoothly and I would recommend them to do work for any of my friends and family. I hope I don't ever need their services again, but if I did, I'd call them without hesitating.

• I contacted Thomas, the owner of the local Puroclean location, and he met me at the house immediately. I had never dealt with a water leak before, and he took charge and took care of everything. We brought in my insurance company, and after Puroclean got everything dried out, Thomas stayed in touch with the project as my contractor replaced floors and cabinets. As disasters go, it could have been a lot worse, thanks to the Puroclean people.

Showed up immediately, they were very professional and knowledgable. They took care of my problem and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of or sold something I did not need. They dried the water loss and made sure no future problems occured. Great company with trustworthy owner.

I called on a Saturday, after receiving a frantic phone call....the Recreation building had flooded.. 
A fitting on a water line had disconnected, causing water damage throughout the first floor of the building. I called PuroClean and spoke with Shelli, she assured me that the 'clean up'  was going to be handled immediately and that a crew would be on site within an hour. 
Sure enough, within an hour, a crew was on site. They extracted the water, set up dryers, and began to remove sections of sheet rock (to prevent additional damage). During this portion of the job, I was updated on a regular basis, my questions were answered immediately, and they 'guided' me through what to expect, a time frame, and other advice that would help expedite this clean up process. 
Areas that were salvageable were inspected and cleaned, the areas that were ruined were removed and repaired .....within a week, the building was restored and looked fantastic. 
I have dealt with other mediation companies in the past. This is the best company in the Upstate of SC. The personnel are honest, dependable, and knowledgeable. I have referred people to them and have always received positive feedback.
