I pulled into the parking lot at work, only to notice a small puddle under my vehicle. I drove a short distance to Petty Automotive. With no appt., or prior coordination, they were able to work me in. I had my vehicle back by 4:30, ready to go on a 550 mile family trip the next day. I have used Petty before, and will use them again. I have trust that Petty will do the right thing, every time.

Our car was "screaming" after a friend replaced the alternator belts. The garage tightened the drive belt, cleaned fluid, added PS fluid, lubed, oil and filter change, checked all belts, hoses and fluid levels, checked air in tires, and added windshield solvent.. We have an old car but it is running like new! While there, my husband explained about a problem we are having with our pickup truck. We had it towed to Petty's today and will give you a review on that later. I am very pleased with the service and what we were charged. I wish I'd known about Petty's Automotive years ago!!

Service was scheduled and completed promptly.. This is the second time using their services. They checked out our car for a road trip. We will go back.

They’ve been wonderful to work with overall. It’s a local business, and Barry runs an honest, good shop, which is hard to get with an automotive shop.

We really like them. They are really honest; there was nothing that needed to be addressed on my vehicle but they could have taken that opportunity to do work that was unnecessary. They are very knowledgeable and professional as well.
