 + -1 moreThe plans they gave us were excellent. They were full of details and completely drawn for our contractors to interpret. The finished product turned out wonderful. Chris was brilliant; he achieved all of our wants and solved all of our obstacles with having a home on a hillside. He made the land completely usable. I really do not know the cost for the plans that he drew up.
Description of Work: Chris Thompson was one of the architects that designed a concept of stairs and stone retaining walls for our lake front property. The area is on a hill and is on a 45 degree angle. The tricky part was getting from one level to the next up three levels plus a parking area and then down to the lake. They designed detailed plans for the walls, stairs and landscaping features for our contractor to follow.
