 + -1 moreIt was the best real estate experience of our lives! This is our 4th house and 5th piece of real estate. We have never had such a consistently positive experience. They were fast to respond to phone calls or emails, they negotiated a great price for us, and they led us every step of the way through to closing. Real estate transactions are different in SC than CA so we leaned on them. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!
Description of Work: We met Dennis and Yvette Gardner at the Spartanburg office because we wanted to buy a house in South Carolina. Having moved from California we were delighted at how warm , friendly, and professional they are! They had a list of houses ready that fit our requirements; they showed them to us, and within a few weeks we found the perfect one! They hand carried us through to closing at the attorney's office.
