Price for restoration was comparable to the cost that I would have paid to buy materials to do the job myself. I cannot recall the price at this time or the exact date. Receptionist was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Results were very pleasing. Technician came to my car with me when I brought it in. He made sure that he understood exactly what service I was requesting. When my car was complete, a technician walked to my car with me to explain what he had done, and to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I was very pleased with the service from beginning to end. I felt like the technician was honest with me and that he made honest suggestions. I returned to Jim Brady with a mechanical problem. Technician inspected my car and made repair to the best of his ability. He explained that the dealership had a device for monitoring the warning lights that had lighted up. Although he could not find a problem, he reset my emergency light signals. He did not charge me anything because he could not find anything to repair. Lights stayed off for about 4 weeks. I then went to the dealership. They charged me to run a diagnostic. Although they could not find a problem either, they reset the light signals to the default position, but charged me a service fee. The lights came back on in about 2 weeks. I returned to the dealership. They found a problem this time, and charged me for a new gas cap. Before I drove away, the lights were back on. On closer inspection, they found a slight problem that cost me $200+. After a few weeks, the lights came back on. Currently, I have black electrical,tape covering the lights!

I will certainly use them again, and would highly recommend their service for car maintenance and repair.

They took care of it perfectly. They did a bang up job. He specializes in Honda and Acura. When an air conditioner explodes, you get lots of metal filings and those things will get into the AC line and they had the compressor out and the technician was checking all of the fittings and lines to make sure that there wasn't any metal filings. He volunteered that and told me that they were doing that as part of the process which to me is a mark of professionalism. He physically checked the lines to make sure that there weren't any filings so I didn't end up coming back. That was my first visit and that's where I'm going to be taking my Honda.
