Mike was the worst plumber ever. He punched holes in our brick, drilled through floors and walls where there was nothing in the plans saying to do that. His license actually expired in 2001 and it was not renewed. My general contractor was trying to baby-sit him but the work was not up to code so we had him just stop mid point into it. He received the entire $9,000 fee upfront for labor and materials. He did not return any of it and then wanted $6,000 more. He sued us in court causing us an additional $10,000 in legal fees but then never showed up on the hearing date. The case was dismissed without prejudice by the judge.
