The couch was broken when they delivered it and they made a special trip right back to fix it for us. We were happy with the service and think that they are very professional. They really don t pressure you and help you with the best couch for your money.

They had a real good reputation, and they stood by their work. They came when they were supposed to, and was very polite and courteous. They cleaned up their mess when they were done, so I didn't have to.

This company has been in Spartanburg forever so we knew who to call for this. They came over to pick it up and also dropped it off when they were done. Not only are they the best in furniture repair but also they have a customer service oriented business so we were treated extremely well. It took a week before we had it back and it looks brand new.
