Raymond came and assessed the situation and quoted $700. My husband confirmed $700. After the job was done (in less time than he said originally) Raymond said it was $800. I called and asked why the increase, he stated the original quote was $800. He is a liar and a swindler! The workers Ben and Leroy did a great job, but their boss likes to bait and switch. Stay away!

Good job done and very professional....price seemed a little high.

We asked for a copy of the receipt or the cooking range part repeatedly and questioned the high labor cost. Mr. Hall explained the bill and provided an invoice but did not provide a receipt. The cooking range part broke down shortly after. My mother repeatedly called Mr. Hall and he informed her that he does not warranty or guarantee the parts only his labor. He came back and took the faulty part and when my mother and I contacted him, he reiterated that he is not responsible for the parts and the the part is not under warranty from the manufacturer. He said he typically does not do cooking range work. I requested for him to return the part and the receipt and never heard from him again. I believe Hall Electrical overcharged for the job done and demonstrated poor integrity and customer service. The part in question is a low cost item. His refusal to cover the part's cost, his delay in responding and his refusal to show us the receipt and the return the defective part have all left us in a lurch with a cooking range that has the same problem we started with.

Service was prompt. Technician was very courteous.

Very well. The problem with the ceiling fan was a bad light kit which explains why all four lights went at once. I'll need to get a new lights kit which they can install.. The AC unit took a little longer to check out but they determined that it was working as expected and should not trigger the alarm system (power failure).

Horribly. He ended up arcing my fan so many times he said it wouldn't work anymore. Pretty much the opposite of what I wanted. He didn't listen to any information I wanted to give. He didn't answer my questions either. He was one hour late getting to my house. I just had my carpets cleaned and instead of wearing those little booties he clunked around in these big old boots. He was at my house for 1 1/2 hours. At that point he took a phone call outside for another appt. which lasted 15 minutes. He told me he forgot his debit card reader and receipt book. He called me later for my card number and told me he was charging me for three hours. When I questioned that, he said he had to travel for one hour to get to my house. No where on the deal I purchased did it say I would have to pay him travel time. I yelled at him and he yelled back at me, speaking over me so he wasn't listening to what I was saying. Did not introduce himself. I had to ask him his name. Brought a helper with him whom he never introduced either. Was a terrible experience. I would NEVER, EVER, hire this company again. Totally unprofessional. Makes me question the reputation of Angies List.

The company was very nice. I appreciated their honesty when they told me that because I needed the lighting on the second floor, they would not be able to perform the job without tearing out the sheetrock located there. Although services weren't performed, I thought the customer service was satisfactory.

Ben & Raymond were very professional, competent and feiendly.

Service was performed on time and in a friendly and efficient manner. I would have no problem using this contractor again or recommending them to anyone else.

Raymond Hall was very prompt to respond to me and get the work done, as I was on a tight schedule. He and his assistant were very polite and professional. Raymond explained everything he need to do and went over everything when he was done to make sure I was satisfied with his work. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him.
