It when very well. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The installation was done perfectly. The Technicians that came out tested every thing to make sure it worked according to our specifications. They also took the time to explain how everything worked in simple easy to understand in clear understandable way. We are currently enjoying the projected very much. I also had a home theater in another place before this one. A few small things happened such as heat not allowing adhesive to hold etc. Nothing serious. They came out and corrected it free of charge. They try to save you all the money they can. They have never sold of provided services I didn't need. I think highly of the Best Buy and the Geek Squad. I don't like the name Geek Squad. It gives the wrong impression. The technicians are very informed professionals. They should be called Best Buy Professionals.

I thought Best Buy did a poor job. They are very bad communicators. We needed a new part that they needed to order, but they could not give us any idea of when the part would come in. It was over two weeks before we got it fixed. The washing machine does work now but I will never buy anything from Best Buy again.

I have used their service department several times over the years and they sent out the same technician each time. He was always respectful and cleaned up after himself. He always did an excellent job and I never had a problem with the job he did.
