I was happy with how hard they worked. It was hot that day and they worked all day long. They had problems with the unit, though, when they were installing it. It had too much Freon in it and the programmable fan kept messing up. They had to install three of them before it worked. I did think that the main worker didn't know exactly what he was doing. They never did any follow up calls after it was installed to see if we were happy or if it still worked either.

They are reliable and they did a very good job. I would definitely use them again because they were so prompt. They made sure to answer all of my questions as well. They were polite and just left a great impression with us.

The installation crew arrived on time and got right to work. The old system was removed very quickly but they took their time putting in the new one. There were some problems with size of the new unit but that was solved with some imagination and a little creativity. Since then they have maintained the system with fantastic results. It performs almost twice as efficiently as the old one they did an excellent job.
