I went in because my brakes started making a grinding noise at certain times. I assumed I needed new pads (or worse). As a female, I worry about being taken advantage of, but the guys there cleaned my brake pads, saw there was no need in replacing them, and I haven't had any problems since. They didn't charge me a dime. This was wonderful as it was right around the holidays. I highly recommend these honest, reliable guys!
