Do not be fooled by their ages. They look young, but they know what they’re doing! Square D, the company that installed the central sound system in our 13 year-old house had long since gone out of business. I couldn’t tell the guys what was done, so they were left completely on their own to figure it out, which they did quickly. Because of the system’s age, there were no parts readily available. Luke was genuinely upset by this and without charging me that day, left saying that he wanted to do some research, and that he’d be back in touch. I kind of expected not to hear anything for awhile, but he called the next day with a solution. It took several visits and a couple more research sessions on their part, but they got us back up and running. Additionally, we were in the market for a new HD TV, and they found us a fabulous deal on a Sony (picture uploaded here). They brought it over and had it mounted in an hour. I’m sorry to say that business ethics like theirs are rare. This, combined with their genuine love of what they do, make for a very one-of-a-kind business.

Very smooth process- everything was done efficiently and professionally. Even vacuumed when they were finished. They came from out of town but it did not seem to adversely affect the pricing. Highly recommend.

Excellent! He (Luke) was fair, respectful, responsible. He made sure positioning was to my liking. Cost was not a factor although he traveled from SC to Asheville. I even left my home for a while and when I arrived he was still working . Felt very safe with him. Great job and cleaned up!

Projects were finished quickly and to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the results, will definitely be contacting again in the future.

It went really well. I was thoroughly impressed. I had already had two companies look at it and they couldn't figure it out. Emulous Studio LLC came in and got it done and gave me a good price.

I had other recommendation for a fix but Emulous was the best price and integrated parts that I had on hand.
