New ownerwanted cash when work was done and became angry when offereda check late on a Friday afternoon, but did take it. Was not comfortablegiving him cash the way he was DEMANDING cash. A few weeks laterone of the storm door locks quit working and when we called to haveit fixed, the phone had been disconnected. A week or so later we tried the number again and spoke with him and told him the problem andhave NOT heard from him since. 

Called on Monday , February 21 ,2011, and spoke to the son-in-law , who has recently acquired the business due to the owner's death. Over the phone , a day and time was noted.....Wednesday , February 23rd , at approximately 5:30 pm and driving direstions were given. He was a no-show . Attempted to call him to check on the possibility of him being lost , but got no answer , only a voice mail. I never received a return call so I attempted to call him again on Thursday. I did connect with him after a few attempts and he told me that the time had been set for Friday and not Wednesday. ( I gave him a benefit of a doubt and thought that I had misunderstood.) On Friday , February 25,2011 , I again waited and it was another no-show. He did not call me to give an explanation. I did not attempt to call him again. .
