Great. I had an ant problem - it was fixed. I also had a mouse in my kitchen. Several traps were set. The mouse was caught in one of the traps and was thrown in the trash.

Jim came on time and sprayed the inside of the house to kill the roaches we were seeing. Also sprayed the attic, and applied a paste to the inside of all kitchen and bathroom drawers and cabinets. He then sprayed another product around the outside perimeter of the house. It's been about a month now and so far have seen an occasional dead roach and a couple of live silverfish (that I remedied with my size 11 shoe!). Jim talked about their quarterly service program but didn't pressure us into signing up for it. Appointment was very professional overall and will use them again if required.

So Far, So Good. --I will probably have to have the home treated again, due to the level of infestation. Very professional and knowledgeable. I am now using Douglas Pest Control for ALL my rental Properties. I highly Recommend them.

I called to discuss my pest problem and the lady answering the phones tried looking me up in their database after I clearly told her that I had never used their services before. After discussing my pest situation she said that she didn't think they could help me but yet tried to schedule an inspection. I told her that I really didn't want to set up and and pay for an inspection if they couldn't help me. She tried to make the excuse that she was new and filling in for someone. In my opinion she should have at least asked someone else if the pest situation was something they could handle before trying to set up an inspection that I would have to pay for. I ended up calling another pest control company who immediately knew what needed to be done and set up a free inspection.

I'm moving into a large house that has been neglected for some time and there was an issue with roaches, ants and wasps. The person who took my initial phone call was very informative and quoted me an accurate price and was able to schedule a service call right away. Trisha arrived on time and was very helpful and asked me several questions about my needs and pointed out a couple problem areas and offered advice on how to correct them. She was very thorough, answered all my questions, she was friendly, and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
I thought the price was good for the service and I will use them again next time I have a pest issue.

David was the guy who came over to look at it, but the guy who actually came over and did the spraying was Taylor, a young fellow who work for David. As soon as I called Douglas Pest Control, the receptionist handed over the phone to David and I talked to David and he came over to my house within twenty minutes. That was awesome because I was freaked out over a bug. I've never had anybody as fast as he did.

Warren is our service provider and he is excellent. Extremely professional and he is willing to adjust his schedule if I am not available. We moved here from Michigan and we have lived in the South many times and will not be without a bug exterminator for our home. When we moved in our home had been vacant for a few months and it had a few normal bugs....but when I came upon a mole cricket(????) that was it. Biggest cricket, insect that can jump really, really well. I asked my neighbor for a referral and Warren came and he is the best.

We ask for the same person every time, Trish, because we think she is the best. She comes and sprays the baseboards every time and she is very thorough. Her friendliness and professionalism is what stands out. Trish makes her own appointments and calls right away. She really stood out the first time we used and now we have been using her for ten years.

I have been using them for 20 or 30 years and will use them again in the future.

We have been using them for thirty years. We pay $67 every quarter. They are punctual and they are always there when they are supposed to. They are very thorough, very polite and are accommodating. We would continue to use them in the future.

It went well. The fellow was onsite for about 1/2 hour. He explained everything to me before he did anything, showed me the damage and how the spray would work.

I have to say that this company used a real good quality chemical for the pests. We haven't had any problems with anything. The man was very courteous and asked questions of us. The reason for the B grade was because they tried selling me things that I didn t want and I didn t appreciate that.

Douglas Pest does a good job. They seem to keep the ants under control, which is all that really matters to me. I am pleased with them and have never had any problems with them at all. I am going to continue my services with them because they seem to do well with what they were hired for.
