 + -1 moreThey have been a fabulous firm for us, and I would highly recommend them. They charge a percentage of your rent, so it varies. Our tenants are very happy with them. We are in Canada, and so they work very well for us. The price is very competitive and very good.
Description of Work: We use David L Stephens. They are a rental company. They take care of everything for us with our property, and if our tenants have any problems, they call them and sort it out for them.
