Danny was awesome. Very pleasant and professional. Looked at everything found the problem right away. He had it fixed within 10 minutes. Highly recommended.

It went well. The outside temperatures dropped in the area and we will see if the new fan is enough to cool the attic so the HVAC can do its job in weather above 95 degrees- .

Went well as far as I could tell. I was away when the hail storm happened but when I saw so many getting roofs replaced, I had my insurance company come out for evaluation of my 15 year old roof, last replaced due to hail, and they approved the replacement minus deductible. I called O'Shields as result of recommendation and while it took a little time to get hold of him, when I did, he lived up to all he said he'd do. Took his crew two days, whereas others id similar houses in one, and used heavier felt than normal and higher quality shingles that some in the area received. He replaced all flashing around the chimney and the various vents. His crew seemed to be experienced and no "pick-up" workers; all had been with him for a while. Good local reputation in Spartanburg area. Through many storms now, there have been no leak. Warranty is for 25 years on materials and 5 years, I think, on labor.
