Campus Computer

Made an appt right away with Campus Computers, explained what was going on and took it into town. We spoke a bit about the fact it said "server not found" and that I'd turned off and back on and nothing I did was working. He told me to leave it with him if I could & return in about 45 mins. 
My computer is now working and must say he was efficient, professional & has to be given kudos for attempting to explain to a non-IT person just what the issue was!
Yes, I recommend Campus Computers and will go there again if I have other problems.

During a busy holiday time, he was able to diagnose, offer me options, and then obtain my new hard drive, install and reload operating system and just a couple of days and had me back up running.

Determined that the computer was fine, whereupon I realized I had moved it too far away from the router. He also advised me on replacement routers, which as it turns out I did not need because my router was fine. He declined to charge me because he had not had to do anything to the computer, which I really appreciated being on a fixed income. Very courteous, very knowledgeable, and I would recommend him to anyone. It is especially nice to have a mac person available without having to go to Greenville.

Our computer was at this business for less than 24 hours and was restored to new performance. The overall service was excellent and I would highly recommend this business.
