Mortgage Companies
Since I already had a checking account with Bank of America, I received countless benefits from having a mortgage on a new home with them. They paid virtually all closing costs and also were able to get rid of PMI even with only 10% down on the new house. In all I believe we saved over $6,000. Our agent at the bank, Leeta, was extremely helpful and was always available to answer questions and to go over terms and paperwork. We were so happy from the loan that we have decided to switch over all finances to BOA.
