It only took a few min. to complete the job. they were on time and very polite. Said it things went wrong they would return to fix for free. I didn't have to recall them so far.

For what I thought would be a real headache to fix, Andy's Appliance took care of it like it wasn't any major problem. The door wasn't setting right and they straightened it out and just charged me for the service call. They didn't try to take advantage of me, because I didn't have a clue of what the problem was and I really respected that.

They showed up as scheduled and did a really good job. They knew what they were doing and didn't take them long to replace the ice maker in our refrigerator. They didn't leave any mess for me to clean up. They told us what they did when they were done and they gave us a warranty on their work.
