Home Building
I had no problems with the builder, but I hated the subcontractors. I did not feel they were very skillful and I been having trouble with the house. They were incompetent. Some of the workers did not even know how to speak English and they would stand around and get in the way of other workers. The plumber was terrible and the siders used nails that were too large. The builders did help to fix a lot of the problems afterwards, though.
