I had originally called my home warranty company after being told by a termite company that i had a small leak under my home. Well I had a few other small things that needed to be repair so I went ahead and called for a plumber to come out. Well these guys came out, claimed there was no leak under the house. I had them replace a handle on the bathtub, which they did a half way job on. They gouged the metal up, now it has sharp edges on it. Then they "fixed" a running toilet. Well after they left the toilet ran worse then it did before. They left mud all in the bathroom, and a mess all in the bathtub from the repair. Very unprofessional.  I call them back the owner talks with me says he will come out and fix the toilet for sure. So he comes back out looks at the toilet says he has to order a part, and leaves. I never heard from him again so I just said the heck with it, and fixed it my self. Companies like these are what give so many contractors a bad reputation. Waste of my time, and my service fee from a home warranty company.

Very nice company to work with. Home warranty company lined them up for us, so we didn't vet them against any others but I was impressed with their service. They were prompt, fast, and did good work. I will use them again should the need arise.

The service was great. They are really fast and respond quickly. They also guarantee their work.

ADW was selected by my home warranty company to check out a water heater that wasn't working. They determined it needed to be replaced. The service was excellent. Lewis came the first day to check out the heater. He was on time, courteous, and patient with my many questions. I am a new home owner so I have so much to learn and was glad he took the time to answer my questions.
The gentleman who installed the heater did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. He also took the time to answer any of my questions.   I am happy that this is the company that was chosen by my warranty co.  In the future, I will choose them again and will tell my friends to do the same.  It is a relief to have found a good, honest plumber(s).

The whole job was first rate from start to finish.

He was very punctual. He got the exact disposal I wanted. He called ahead to find out the size I needed. After he finished the project he came back by to make sure everything was okay.

My old (very old, and very heavy) table-top water heater burst at the seam. I didn't know which plumber to call so I asked around at work and ADW Inc. was recommend by a co-worker. They suggested I buy a water heater and they would install it. They said they would pick it up at the store and charged $40. Lowe's wanted $59 to deliver it. This saved me a lot of time and trouble. Brett arrived on time, was friendly, and was able to redo the pipes and install the new water heater quickly. Thanks, Brett, for making this a painless experience. (I have hired other service providers who I have had not-so-great service from, so I'm grateful for the ones that do their job well.)

He was there on time and it only took him an hour to do the job. I was happy with the work that he did but thought that it was a little high. He had to raise the price on me after looking at the leak under the house. There was no new materials needed, he just sealed it. I thought that 50 dollars more than he quoted me was a little steep.

They were able to diagnose the problem right away and fixed it very quickly. They did a wonderful job and seem to be very experienced with what they were doing. The price was a little higher than others but well worth it for how quickly they came out and fixed the problem. I would recommend them to everyone.

Arrived promptly both times. Installation appears to be fine, and they cleaned up the area when done. My husband dealt with them both times, and said he would use them again for future services. Price seemed to be in line for the services performed.
