They were dogwood trees which had died. He did a good job. Overall I thought they did a very good job. So I just give them a 10. It was the best. They cleared up everything. They did very good work. I don't know how much things cost these days. I'm 92 years old and I just presume that that was the running cost. I really can't answer that on price. I don't know the price of things. I was gonna get my shrubbery cleaned up too and he said he wasn't good at that and he would have to charge me a lot for it, so I didn't let him do that. I have a neighbor whose son is in the landscaping business and he sent him over and he did it for very reasonable price, so I'll probably go along with him if I'm still here in my home. Yes, not applicable would be fine because I really don't know the price of things. On quality, he did a good job. He smoothed out the stump and the ground is level. Of course they weren't very big dogwood trees, but he made it level down on the ground and I was pleased with that because you can get a lawn mower around it good. I believe he's honest. He had a lot of workers with him so I'm sure he had to pay all these workers. They were very responsive. They came out and looked it over within a day and then a couple of days they were out here. On punctuality they were here when they said they would be. He told me he would be out to give me an estimate after he finished a job and that was around I guess 5 o'clock, and he was here. I think I would look to use them in the future. I might shop around for the price if I thought somebody could do it. But then he has the right equipment to do a good job.

Frank and his crew did an excellent job. They were prompt and professional. My neighbor watched them work and was so impressed she hired them on the spot to do some work. Frank gave me an honest opinion and advice even if I went with another company. My expectations were exceeded and I will contact them in the future for more work!

My husband called them for on Monday, and they came out Tuesday to look at job and give us a quote. They had stump grinding machine with them and were actually able to go ahead and complete the job in about an hour. We were very impressed with their promptness and certainly thought it was a fair price compared to others we have used in the past. We have lots of big trees on our property and will definitely be calling them again when we need any more of this type of work done.

They were on time, did a fantastic job, cleaned everything up, asked them to do some extra items while on location which they did with no problems. I would recommend them for any tree work. Price was best I found by far.

This company is 5 star. They responded to my call within the next 24 hours unlike other prominent tree companies around here. They came out gave me a fair quote. Honest , fair company that did great work. Highly recommend

It took a while for them to get back to me (on vacation). I called to tell them I wanted to use their service and didn't hear back. Called a second time to try and make an appointment. They showed up the same or next day without notice. I was home and happy to get the work done right then. Very courteous team who worked well together and cleaned up after themselves. Their estimate was half what someone else quoted me. Their less than prompt response was well worth the savings. I would definitely use them again.

Contacted AB Tree in June. Was impressed with price and desire to get the job done. Was told that our trees would be
worked in at the end of some jobs the company was already on...to trim out the oaks since we had concerns about dead limbs falling. AB Tree did come by and start almost immediately and then we had lots of rain and downed trees in the Spartanburg area and AB Tree was rightfully just in not wanting to tear our yard up with heavy equipment; however from start to finish, it took entirely too long for the job to be completed. June 20, 2013 until September 9, 2013 when the check was written for payment. The crew also left debris in the yard (from snacks)...and the swing set was not placed where it was supposed to be and then my husband helped them move it.

I called to get a quote and was given time they would be there. They were on time as promised. They worked me into the schedule as I needed the work done by the end of the week. Very professional, on time and did as they promised.

The work was performed as agreed in the time frame given.
During the job, several overhanging branches not noted at the time
of quotation were observed and removed at no further cost.
I'm very pleased to have the work done quickly and with such professionalism.

Frank and his team are very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job cleaning. This was my second estimate and they were superior, especially interms of affordable, honest pricing. AB Tree did an amazing job! I don't have a single complaint about this company. I was assured by Frank Bryant, the owner, that he would take as good of care of my property as he would his own. Frank and his son, Josh, used the bucket truck to cut down the trees within access of the driveway, They climbed the rest of the trees and carefully and very precisely lowered the limbs to the waiting crew to carry them to the shredder. They spread boards over the grass to protect it when driving the bobcat in the yard to remove the tree trunks in 10' sections. They are very professional and certainly know what they're doing. How they removed the giant poplar in my backyard without disturbing any hydrangeas, ferns, gardenias or small plantings amazed me. Mr. Bryant and his crew could be described as honest, polite, prompt, and respectful. He did exactly what he told me he would do. As a homeowner, this is the BEST company I've ever hired. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tree service. I will absolutely hire them again!

We have used ABTree 4 different times for tree trimming and removal. The last time we had a huge oak removed. ABTree was always here when they said they would be, and the final bill was what they said it would be. The crew is neat and polite, and they cleaned up the work site very well before they left. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

Our call was promptly answered when we called AB Tree. The owner came out and gave us an estimate and addressed several concerns we had. We had several very large branches nearly touching or touching our roof. We also decided to have several trees cut down.
The day the arrived, the entire team worked together smoothly, quickly, and efficiently. I was amazed that all the work was done in just two hours. No branch or tree ever touched any part of the house. They were quite skilled when it came to landing the branches in a safe manner.
I was surprised when the team cut several of the trees up for us as we had told them we were going to use the ones we could for firewood. The trees that weren't good for firewood were taken with them. They cleaned up and left everything in great shape.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who wanted quality work at a fair price.

They were able to come out within a week of my call. The crew brought out the bucket truck and trimmed limbs that were hanging over the house, and over the fence. We had already had several limbs fall and damage our roof before the trimming. They did a good job as they have for me in the past, and cleaned up well and left no trace that they had been there. Not AB tree's fault, but he only negative about the whole experience was that the City of Wellford charged me a $100 for a daily permit for them to do the work which is way too much for a $500 tree trimming.

I called another company first because they were closer to my home. That company did not answer the call nor did they return my call. I then called AB Tree and my call was immediately answered. They showed up as promised and quoted us a fair price and removed the stump right then. I would definitely use them again should the need arise!

We have used AB Tree several times over the past few years and have always been very satisfied with their work and the value we received. In one instance, a dead could easily have fall and damaged a nearby building and they carefully cut it down from the top, piece by piece, to insure no damage. They have always been punctual, have done professional work, and their prices are reasonable. I woul not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to others.

2 dead trees neeed to be removed. 1 by the power line and 1 in the middle of other trees. a 3rd tree was removed when it was found in the others also dead. The owner came in and gave an estimate. They called when they had an earlier opening. came and removed the the 3 trees and ground the stumps. they clean up very well behind themselves. They are very professional. since they were able to climb the one tree to drop it they reduced the price. ( it was easier than they expected)

We had two trees that were hit by lightning that had to be removed. We also had several other trees that we wanted to remove at the same time. We called AB Tree on 8/25/12 and got hold of someone on the first call and they came out the same day to give me a very reasonable estimate.
When Frank arrived, he was very clean in dress and appearance and professional. He took the time to discuss my project with me. He suggested a change to my project plan that actually would have meant less money for him. He also pointed out things to look for when choosing a reputable tree service like verifying insurance and asking how they will take the tree down... all in one and quot;chopand quot; or and quot;piece by pieceand quot; to limit damage to the yard.
My only B mark for this company was because it took them several weeks to start the work. To be fair though, it took me until about 9/4/12 to get approval from my home owners association and Frank had an injury that I'm sure slowed him down a bit. All that being said if I could afford to wait, I would definitely use this company again... they're worth the wait!
When AB Tree arrived, it was very impressive. They brought a full crew of 7 including Frank, the owner. Everyone was dressed in clean orange T-shirts and everyone was polite and friendly. They had all the right tools and equipment including a bucket truck, dump truck, bobcat, stump grinder and chipper. The crew worked very well together and were fast, orderly and efficient. Each person knew what their job was and when to do it. They started at about 9:30am and finished up about 3:30pm. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up as promised.
I was very happy with my experience with AB Tree, would not hesitate to (and will) recommend them to anyone, and will use them again in the future if needed.

They are super. We have used them two or three times. Their charges are reasonable. The man who came to cut down the tree had to climb all the way up to the top of the tree to begin cutting it down, and it was way up there. He was brave. They clean up so well that you can't tell they have even been here, and that is one of the reasons we keep using them. If anyone needs tree service, call them. They are always on time, and they know what they are doing. They are very careful, as far as anyone getting hurt. There is no reason not to call these people. Their prices are not exorbitant. For what they do, I think they are worth every penny they charge. They are the best, in my opinion. The overall experience was A++! The quality of work is absolutely excellent. I would use this provider again. There is nothing about them that is not an A.

Very clean work and they also trimmed another tree for me, not on the quote, free. They are very professional, polite, and punctuate. I picked them because their price was $350 below the lowest estimate. I did not expect to get an excellent service like this. They had to go to my neighbor's driveway to trim one tree. I was nervous, but they cleaned up so well that there was not a single leaf left on my neighbor's drive way.
