AT&T provides cellular, home phone, internet serviceand I also have Direct TV bundled in the plan.  I have been a customer for about 9 years. I do not like that it is hard to speak with a person since the service calls are automated. I am not pleased with the services, the price or customer service. I do not feel that they try to retain their customers and that they could easily be replaced. I am considering my options at this time and may not remain a customer.
