Animal Grooming, Animal Boarding Kennels
I am really displeased. The owner gave me a tour of the facilities and it was really great. I went out and got back early on a Sunday and I wanted to pick up my animals. I called and a gentleman answered. I told him I need to pick up my animal and I he said he is about to leave. I am 10 minutes from them even with traffic. He says he can’t wait and tells me he doesn’t have to listen to this. I went in the next morning and dealt with a lady. The owner called me and offered me a refund of two days I had left over. When I got there to pick up my animals I saw a young lady behind the counter and I asked her to get my cat and she said she done work there. I don’t know I can bring back myself to go back there.
