I've had real good experiences with them. I've got them treating my house tomorrow and another property that I own on Tuesday. They're getting ready to treat both houses. They will be coming by yearly for the inspection. My house is about 4000 square feet and it's about $650 to treat. It's $125 - $150 for the yearly inspection. I've checked with other people and other people were more, on the pricing. I trust them, to start with. The owner was with a company I've used for 20 something years. That company was sold and he started his own business. So trust is the big thing. I trust the work he does. He is an honest young man. I know that his prices are in line with others, if not better. The big thing is, I trust that he does the job for the price he says he does and does a good job at it. I've never had a problem. That's the most important part.
