Todd knows carpentry and has identified areas where water damage can occur (the seams of siding, for example). Todd has solutions to problems I didn't know about (using Miratec to edge between siding and the roof, for example). While he is not cheap, we feel the work he does is always a bargain in the long run.

Refreshing the master bath looked like a quick and easy job, but it took more time than we all expected. We found some water problems that he repaired. He pays attention to the details. We are currently using him to refresh the other bath. We are very pleased with his work.
