All the exercises I have are profound. My wife and I go there twice a week and our trainer has been really good. I keep on going back because of my body transformation, it’s in a better shape now. I am 50 years old now and I have not felt this good in like 25 years.

They have got great state of the art facilities. Their equipment has the ability to download account to a year and just take visual counters on it. It is very easy to use. They have got a really nice pool and equipment is still good.

I enjoy the classes that they offer. Their teachers are excellent and motivating. They have a variety of equipment and usually there is no problem getting a machine. They have an area for stretching, a variety of weight and cardio machines, classes, basketball court, pool, steam room, hot tub and locker room. Always clean.

The staff is great and the trainers are great. They offer significant discounts through GE and Aand W. The trainers are great because they treat you like family and are not there to just get your money. They have great equipment and the set up is fantastic. Instead of everyone lined up like hamsters they have it set up so that everyone is staring out a giant window. I have had trainers stop and offer corrections for form, just to be of help and not to get money out of me. We tell people to go here all the time because it's our favorite place. You feel like you're a community there instead of just a number.
