I talked with 5 other companies before deciding to use Restoration 1. I was convinced they were the company for me because of their excellent customer service with evaluating my problem, taking time to thoroughly explain what I was facing and how to fix the problems. They also informed me of some other things that were not up to par with my home that would eventually be a problem down the road. Bottom line, they fixed my issues and went a step further to explain how to prevent the issues from returning. They were upfront and honest about everything. In the end my invoice was lower than they originally quoted. Yes they are a business and want to make a profit; however, I never felt that they were out to gouge my pocketbook. They genuinely took pride, care and concern in their work and it showed. I highly recommend them!
