Postal Annex #0370

Description of Work: We were returning an X-Box console to the warranty repair center with a mailing label provided by X-Box. A week after we used Postal Annex to mail the package, the warranty center had never received the console. We contacted X-Box, Microsoft and Postal Annex. We were told by X-Box that once Postal Annex took possession of the console it was their responsibility to get the console shipped. After MONTHS of attempting to get assistance from both the actual Postal Annex as well as their corporate office, we were back to asking for assistance from X-Box. X-Box contacted Postal Annex and were told that we had never shipped a package from their store although we had the receipt in hand. X-Box, after almost 3 months, ended up providing us a new console and told us to NEVER use Postal Annex again and to make sure anyone else we knew never used the store again! The X-Box rep told us that more than likely, the Postal Annex employee was now playing the X-Box that cost is over $300! X-box is actually looking at re-doing the way they ship and how they require documentation due to Postal Annex's apparent "stealing" of that console. As I said X-Box took months to look into this and Postal Annex refused to even look through the paperwork of shipments from that day! Well, as the X-Box rep said, "Never again!"
