The guy who did the home inspection was great, very professional, and helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything as he went along. My only issue is that the report that was sent after was missing multiple things, but fortunately I was present during the inspection to know something was wrong. Once they sent the appropriate home inspection report, they emailed me my CL-100, but it wasn't even filled out. I had to contact them again to get the form corrected. Also, there are a few things we are noticing in the house that didn't get caught during the inspection. [1. The outside receptacles on the back porch don't work 2. There is a pressure issue with the kitchen pipes causing the pipes to bang when they get turned on]

They did a great job! Timely and professional. I really liked the binder they gave me to keep me organized with repairs for when I live in the house.
