The job was done at the price quoted, it was done well and on time.

We had our carpets steam cleaned by another company a few months ago and as we were not satisfied with how they looked after such a short time, we picked Piedmont from Angie's list to redo them. They spent the time to really get out the spots in the heavy traffic patterns, in front of chairs, etc. We are very satisfied. The Berber carpet and bedroom carpet look like they are almost new rather than eight and ten years old. We would definitely recommend Piedmont and would hire them again.

The owner seemed to be very reliable and worked around the cost. He was good but as regarding the process I do not know much about it. It dried fast but I do not know whether it was thoroughly cleaned or not. His crew was quite fast with the job.

We found Piedmont Chem Dry on Angie's List and decided to give them a call. We needed all of the carpeting in our new home cleaned simply to feel comfortable about having our children playing on it, but there were also many large stains throughout the house. To be honest, we were not hopeful about a lot of the stains as they looked pretty bad. But with several young children in the house, we figured it didn't make sense to replace the carpet if we didn't have to; it's going to get damaged and stained plenty while they're young! We set up the appointment for several days later to accommodate some other work we were having done. In addition, we got a discount due to the fact that the house had no furniture in it yet. Yea! The service tech from Piedmont Chem Dry was a pleasant young man who arrived on time and quickly got to work. He said that he would be able to clean the carpet, but that there were some tricky stains that he simply couldn't guarantee would be completely lifted, or might resurface later. This included stains in two of our rooms with Berber carpeting, as well as a trail of grease that was left in the dining room and living room from the previous stove being removed. And all of the carpeting in the house is of light coloring. But we figured that even if the stains didn't come up, at least the carpet would be clean. It was a lot of work and it took around three hours for the service tech to do it all. But even he was pleasantly surprised by how well the carpet was cleaned. The difference was like night and day! The stains in the Berber came up, the grease trail is completely gone, and the carpet looks fantastic! In fact, the worst part of the whole thing is that now we might actually have to get angry if our children spill something on it - it looks that good! This was money very well spent and we can't recommend Piedmont Chem Dry highly enough.
