They were very good; they were on time and they were professional. They moved some of the furniture. They got rid of all the stains and they did a good job of cleaning the heavy traffic areas. The carpet did dry quickly. I liked the people they send out. They were friendly and thorough and very trustworthy. The company is a family owned business. I can always count on them to come back to go over a spot they might have missed.

They are honest and reliable; this is a family business. They were on time and it cost what they quoted me. They moved all the furniture to clean under it and they put it all back when they were finished. They are also respectful and courteous. They used a dry chemical that had no smell and we could walk on it immediately afterwards.
