He is prompt, helpful on questions I ask and the company prices are reasonable. Brett, the owner even came out to talk to me personally to make sure I was pleased with the work. Parks did an awesome job I would give Mr. ELECTRIC 100 stars if I could. He was on time, gave fair upfront pricing, and just genuinely a nice guy. This is first time I have had anyone come out to do any type of work and not leave me with a huge mess. He even reset the clock on my microwave and stove after he was finished. It is rare to come across people now days who take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction but Parks truly does. I will recommend Mr. ELECTRIC to everyone I know. Parks was our technician, along with assistance from Daniel. The service was extremely professional and thorough. Parks explained everything very well, helped advise us on exactly what we needed, and did excellent work. Of particular note, we had a motion sensor installed and Parks tried multiple different options before competing the job, making sure that the end result was going to be ideal for us. And now a month out from the work being done, I can confirm that his solution was top notch. We were very happy with this service.

They replaced our electrical panel, and despite having to work through a number of difficult issues they stayed until all of the work was completed. There was an issue with Duke Electric and the box they placed on the gate. They stuck with the project, at their own personal expense, to ensure that the other part (that had to be ordered from out of state) arrived, was installed and was functional. They did an amazing job and have phenomenal communication and customer service!
