We had agreed to a shorter inspection time when we signed the contract on a house, so we needed an inspection done quickly. Toby made himself available the next day to do the inspection. He was very nice, professional, and friendly to my young children who came with me to the house. We realized that all of the utilities hadn't been turned on as we'd been promised, but Toby said that he could do most of the inspection that day, and then finish the remainder when he returned two days later to pick up the radon test that we'd requested on the house. Two days later, he called to let me know that the water was still off. Toby was patient with the situation and came back to finish the inspection three days later when the utilities were all available. I was very pleased with the report that Toby gave me, as it was thorough and easy to understand with accompanying pictures. He was glad to answer all of my typical questions, and was even willing to answer a couple of questions where I simply wanted his opinion rather than an official response. I asked for referrals on a couple of estimates for work that was needed on the house, and Toby gave me the names of several people I could contact. (I wasn't aware of Angie's List then!) It was a very good experience working with Toby.
