Overall, they did a good job & completed work on time. I felt like they took their time (only worked a couple hours a day), but they did finish on time. They damaged a sprinkler in our irrigation system while bringing in supplies, but they repaired it quickly. The work was high quality and exactly what was expected. They used quality suppies, and kept us in the loop with any changes, problems & delays.
Description of Work
Rick & his crew built a 12x14 ft screened in porch on the back of our house attached to our sun room. They installed a ceiling fan in the room & relocated a flood light that was on the corner of the sun room to the corner of the porch.

Due to high heat and humidity we worked six hours per day to try to beat the heat. The concrete crew broke the line on the sprinkler head while delivering concrete for the larger patio. Dean alerted me of the leak that evening, once the leak was found it was repaired that day. The work was done in August and completed the Friday before labor day Sept 2,2011.
