We spent about $35000. We would probably use them again. We did have some problems. However, they did work it out on time. So as far as repeat service, they would be someone that I would recommend.

They would show up on time when it was time to get payments for the pool and spa, but otherwise they were always late and they would leave early. It took them over 3 months to complete it and they left my yard all tore up. They would return my calls and there wasn t any follow up from the company. Other than that, most of the work was alright and there wasn t anything wrong with the spa.

They provided us with a good quality spa and did a terrific job of installing it. We haven't had a single thing go wrong with the spa and that was credit to their crew who installed it right. Things couldn t have gone any better in this experience and we loved the results and the spa. I couldn t remember what the price was for the installation.

I encountered some communication problems right from the start. They had a hard time letting me know before hand when they would be coming to work. There were also a few minor problems that they were able to fix such as not installing the ladder and using the wrong grout on the tile. I do give them credit for correcting these things, but, am not certain I would go as far as to hire them again.
