I have made an INCREDIBLE AMOUNT of attempts to have them come out and repair my fence. The first month of attempts involved me calling and leaving messages and/or I could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. I did not get any responses. When Scott finally began to answer his phone, he would promise each time to call me back that day and NEVER would... I honestly cannot believe I made so many attempts to use this company.
Scott claims he has looked at my fence and has a quote "on his desk" and will call me back each time I call him. He has NEVER called back. It has been over 2 months of attempts to get a response. I am finally giving up. I guess this company is only good for "new jobs" Be warned: do not expect them to ever come back and repair anything.

This contractor does not return phone calls left on their voice mail and a real person NEVER answers their phone. I left several messages on their voice mail, complete with my name, phone number and the time I called, but they NEVER returned my calls.

They had made a mistake and we called and they came back and redone it right. We found them to be very helpful in choosing the type of fence to use. We are going to have some more fence added to make the yard larger.
