Curb Appeal Solutions LLC

Fantastic job. I've worked in the home improvement industry for 20 years. I'm not easily impressed. They did a great job.

This is the third time I use Curb Appeal Solutions for exterior cleaning services (residential). I do recommend this local family owned business to anyone that needs House Washing, Pressure Washing (concrete), and other exterior cleaning services. Brian Crowder and his team do a great job. They are very professional and friendly to deal with. In addition to that, their price is reasonable. Keep up the good work!

The results are amazing.  All of the concrete was really dark due to exposure to the elements, and after cleaning it returned to a light grey.  The many squirrels in my yard had tracked red clay up the corners of my house over the years, and Curb Appeal Solutions removed those tracks.  I had considered hiring a neighbor to use a pressure washer to clean my home, but I'm glad I used Curb Appeal Solutions instead because the owner used a large scrubbing machine on the flat concrete surfaces.  The machinery looked something like a floor polisher, and the bristles were able to work into the tiny crevices of the concrete, getting it really clean.
I had the work performed in preparation for a wedding reception at my home, and I was extremely pleased with the results.  I will use this service again when the weather and the squirrels discolor my home and the concrete patios and driveway again.
I was concerned about whether the cleaning agent would damage the foundation plants around my home, and the owner said it would not.  One perrenial has died, but everything else looks  good.  I will probably not know for sure until next spring if the other plants have been affected.
