They were always nice until this most recent incident. The owners wife said she personally cut the grass on friday. She said that they were the wrong company for the job. Refused to come out and even look at the property. There was another crew that originally started cutting the property, they would not show up sometimes but say they had cut it. Had problems with getting the crew to come out consistently. The owner took over cutting the grass and there hasn't been a problem for 5 weeks until now when they just didn't show up.
