We always interview realtors, we never just take someone because a friend or neighbor knows them, you are helping your friend or neighbor not yourself.  Cameron stood out from the others, who were also accomplished and courteous realtors, by besides having those qualities also being a broker which means he has the additional knowledge of knowing the financial aspects of a home purchase. Being new to the wonderful Greenville area, Cameron also knows the difficulties of moving, as he himself has experienced that numerous times before.  I have to also add his office being amongst the Five Forks area, where he and some of his associate Remax Mover agents also reside, made office visits much easier.  Cameron and his associates where willing and able to show us promising houses in our targeted price and standards range in what type of development we wanted to live in.  I cannot recommend Cameron and Remax Moves enough, I had a excellent transaction using Remax where we moved from, and Remax again proved themselves to be a great realty company.

He was very pleasant to work with and not at all pushy. He was not at all shy about telling you when he didn't like a house and as a buyer's agent, I really felt he was on my side.

We were researching the Greenville area and came across Cameron's terrific website. We emailed him and promptly received email and phone replies. He immediately set to work, sending us homes daily that met our criteria as well as researching homes we found ourselves on the internet. After approx. 2 months, we met in person. He spent the first day showing us around Greenville, then the next two showing us homes in various areas, further refining our search. We actually found a house but had to go back to Michigan, unprepared to move so quickly! We returned approx. 2 months later, found a mortgage specialist(through Cameron), got preapproved, spent two more days looking at homes, found the perfect one, put in an offer and returned to Michigan, leaving Cameron to handle the negotiations, arrange and attend all required inspections in our place and set up the closing, within 6 weeks!

After finding Cameron's website online, we emailed him-he returned the contact by email AND phone. He immediately set to work, emailing us listings he felt met our criteria as well as investigating some we found online ourselves. We met him in person 1 1/2 mos. into the search, he showed us around Greenville the 1st day, then showed us different areas & houses the next 2 days to narrow our criteria. We returned 2 mos. later, found a mortgage specialist(with Cameron's help), got preapproved, found our house, put in an offer and returned to Michigan leaving Cameron to handle the negotiations and arrange all the required inspections, which he then attended in our place. He loves and is extremely knowledgeable about the Greenville area(he should head the local Chamber of Commerce)as well as real estate. He really enjoys his job and it shows!
