The employees and the owner are excellent. He was in that day. I had a small project that I was doing. The employee got a little stumped as to what I was trying to configure and then he asked the owner. The owner was able to put a few things together and come up with what I needed. It's a very nice facility. He has a little bit of everything. It's not just your typical new hardware store. It is new but, it has that old feeling of being able to find whatever you want. Plus, I know the city maintenance crews do a lot of business there because there was one city maintenance crew in the building and then, when I was leaving, another city maintenance crew truck was pulling into the parking lot. I was paying attention to the prices there. I did a little walking around up and down the aisles after we had finished with the business on hand, just to get a feel of what was available and also price-wise because I've been in that side of the business in years past and familiar with pricing on particular items. They're very competitive, especially for a small town hardware store. Everyone was very attentive and very helpful. As soon as you walk through the door, you get a, "Hello," and you get a, "Welcome. Anything I can help you with? Take your time." It's the small town hardware home town attitude. I looked around and then, when I asked for help, it was immediate. When the clerk couldn't find the particular pieces that were needed to assemble this item that I was trying to build, he asked the owner. The owner knew exactly what I was needing. He had to go to the opposite side of the store to grab a part but it was assembled in no time. They knew what they were doing. They were proper and professional about how they went about it. These were both older gentleman. So, they had some experience under the belt.
