BioPure Environmental Service

Gave an estimate of $4000-$15,000 and when they finished, WITHOUT any consent or notification, produced a bill of over $35,000!!! My insurance is USAA and they are the hands down best insurance company out there. They refused to pay them the amount and USAA had 2 separate 3rd party companies review the invoice. USAA would not pay the full amount and 2 separate people that reviewed the work for the insurance company told me that bioPure is known for this and take advantage of people..... AS you can tell by several of the other reviews.

Caution Very disappointed with this company and how they handled our water damage. Be very cautious when selecting this company. Make sure to get an estimate before signing anything. Although they were quick to respond and come out, the rest of their effort/work was subpar. They supposedly went through every box and container to verify damage but truly did not do the job correctly. More than a month later I have found more items still soaked in water and widespread mold on these items. We have had to get another service out here to go through everything and was astounded at how much they never went through. We were so upset with them we contacted the insurance company who had another service come out. When the company sent the huge bill to us & the insurance company, they only included 40 pictures for a 55â X 25â building. They could not provide the insurance company with any specifics of the job like - amount of water removed, inventory of items, etc. the drying fans were not placed strategically around the building as it should have. The drying fans were just pointed at wet boxes on the floor. As soon as they finished the job, I received an invoice and then the calls started about paying the invoice. During this time frame of calls about paying the invoice, my husband had knee replacement surgery, which they were told about, yet 4 days later the lady was calling his cell phone when she couldnâ t get me because I was in a drs appt. The insurance company negotiated a price for them after which they finally agreed to, however the gentlemen I spoke to about getting a corrected invoice said he didnâ t agree to the amount. After conversing, they finally sent a corrected invoice. Save yourself a huge hassle and call another company for your needs

The team was extremely professional and did not waste time. They knew how important it was to our family to get our home back and they got to work. The team made it easy to discuss how the work would be done and walked us through every step explaining the entire process and kept us informed and more they made it like it was there own home by meticulously restoring our home as if it was there own home. The utmost in southern hospitality with this team. They strive to get it done and done right. Canâ  t say enough great team you have assembled.

This is a fabulous company. Every point of contact was outstanding beginning with friendly and knowledgeable people and ending with competent work. The damage to our home was taken care of efficiently and quickly. The owner worked diligently with us on all elements of the project including working closely with our insurance company. I would recommend this company to anyone with damage.

They showed up quickly and addressed the situation with expertise and professionalism. I was blessed to work with such knowledgeable and helpful personnel. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the need of water removal recovery. Besides helping with water removal, they also helped to address the source of the problem and correct the failing sump pump issue. All personnel I worked with were highly knowledgeable and professional!

Good service

From beginning to end the experience was great. I discovered white mold on some rafters in my attic and requested estimates from multiple companies to get rid of the mold. I received quotes to clean the rafters from four businesses. However, BioPure, the last one to visit and provide an estimate, was the only company that investigated to determine the source of the mold. And their price to remedy the source problem and clean the rafters was better than their competitors who were prepared to apply a topical solution, which incidentally would have had me calling again because the cause of the mold would have remained. Suffice it to say, I am very pleased that Falls with BioPure was the Inspector to come out and perform the inspection and provide the estimate to remedy my mold problem. Hands down, I will attest you need to call BioPure, not last but first, to review your mold concern. If your experience is anything like mine - you'll be glad you did!!! (4/14/21).

Working with BioPure's rep, Falls, was such a pleasant experience. Communication was top-notch . . . Appointment made, reminder text the day before, text the day of updating his ETA . . . all helpful. Same helpful updates when his HVAC crew was to arrive for the actual work. Anytime I had more questions for Falls, he called me promptly. Everyone arrived when expected (allowing for updates), worked efficiently, answered any of our questions about the process, treated our property with respect, and cleaned the access to the work space after they were done! We even came in under budget! I'd recommend them to anyone!
