All Weather Services were very professional and great with communication. Knowing them from having used them previously, i called to have them do the repair and was not interested in getting bids from multiple companies, which I explained to the girls at the office. I called Monday morning and they told me someone would be out monday afternoon. About mid afternoon on monday, I received a call from the office telling me that the repair tech they were going to send out was not permitted to also do an estimate on a new installed system so, if it was okay with me, they would have another more senior person come out Tues afternoon. This person could do the repair as well as give me an estimate on installing a new unit. Since this was what I wanted and I was in no immediate rush, I said that was fine.

At about 1:30, I began to pass a kidney stone and ended up in the ER. At 3:15, the repairman called and said he was on his way and he'd be at the house in 10 minutes. Well, obviously I wasn't home. So I explained that I was sorry, but would have to reschedule. The tech said no problem, he got to go home early and was in no way upset that he'd nearly driv
On Wed morning, the office phoned to again to make sure I was okay. They were very concerned with my wellbeing overall, not just the business end of it. I scheduled for Wed afternoon. Again, I received two phone calls from various office people asking if I was feeling well, and when the repairman was on his way he even offered to stop and get me anything I might need on his way.
They inspected my unit. Replaced the necessary parts and tried to be cost efficient. Even though they do not offer warrantees on units as old as mine, he did say they would and quot;work something outand quot; should the system turn out of be more faulty than what we felt like it was. Knock on wood though....the repair worked and we've had no problems with it. A few days later, the office called and asked again how I was doing. The office asked if I was satisfied with the repairs and if everything was working okay.
liked the multiple phone calls and constant updates throughout the day. It didn't leave me sitting at home all day waiting for someone to show up. The service call fee is a bit high at $89 plus they charge for the time for the tech to do the repair. Had he come out, and not done a repair then I would not have had to pay the repair cost however. So while it was a little expensive, several other places charge just to come out and look even if they don't do any work. Plus, I'm comfortable knowing that had he done the repair and suddenly the unit stopped working they would have taken into consideration my repair cost when having to put in a new system or do another repair.
