He was punctual, very knowledgeable and took time to explain problems well.  Promptly, neatly repaired appliance and left only to obtain replacement parts then returned within expected time frame to reassemble. 
He was very courteous and helpful with advise on some other appliance issues we were beginning to see problems growing. He explained why these issues were occurring and what we might expect to see happen, over time.

I have a 15 year old JennAir fridge which I attempted to repair on my own. I ordered the parts off the internet which was fine. I got the old part out but just could not get the new part in. Now a lot of repair people would not touch such a situation. Frankly they want to make the mark up on the parts as well as the labor. Charles came out to my house, no problem. Got the new part in. Proof again that having the right tool makes all the difference. He took care of a couple other problems I was having with the fridge and charged me just the amount of a service call $65.00. I found it to be a total pleasure and would highly recommend his services.

I waited until 10:00 AM and had not heard from him. I called him and he said he would be right out, which he was. Started the job at 10:30 and finished at 12:30 with the advice to not use any of the hot water for 4 hours in order for the tank to fully heat. So at 5:00 I go to take my first hot shower of the new year and get nothing but cold water. I call Charles and we try a few things that might have fixed the situation but to no avail. Charles informs me that he would come back out that evening but he was too far away. I am upset by this time to say the least so I decide to go under the house and see if I can find a loose wire or something. Sure enough one of the electrical supply wires had come loose. I re-connected it and turned on the breaker and had hot water at 10:00.

He was at our home the same day we called him, and worked in very cramped, dirty conditions in our crawl space with some humorous crabbiness. He allowed us to shop for and purchase/deliver our own water heaters to minimize our costs. We haven't had any problems in a year at least. We would call him again. He seems to take pride/ responsibility in his work.
